Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our shirts and accessories; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all Budd Shirtmakers tags still attached.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original shipment and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit, including any tissue paper and formal presentation boxes.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
